Key Design Elements The Palette of Shadows: We bypassed standard neutrals for a moody, immersive base of blackberry-stained timbers, charcoal lime-wash walls, and deep moss-green velvets. This creates a "cocoon effect" that immediately lowers the heart rate of guests upon entry.

The "Thorn & Vine" Metalwork: To live up to the name, I commissioned local artisans to forge custom blackened steel screens. These mimic the tangled, rhythmic chaos of brambles, serving as functional room dividers that cast intricate, cinematic shadows across the floor.

Organic Textures: We contrasted cold, honed marble tabletops with warm, hand-stitched leather banquettes. The centerpiece is a 14-foot live-edge bar crafted from reclaimed walnut, which acts as the "root" of the entire floor plan.

Illumination: Lighting is where the drama lives. We avoided overhead glare, opting instead for low-slung amber pendants and floor-level accent lights that graze the textured walls, mimicking moonlight filtering through branches.
